No surprises on the invoice. Every fee is published up front, your first appointment includes treatment, and we invoice most major UK health insurers directly.
The things patients ask us most about fees and insurance.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us as a self-paying patient. If you are claiming through private health insurance, some insurers ask for a GP referral first, so please check with your insurer.
Is treatment included in the first appointment?
Yes. Your initial assessment includes hands-on treatment where appropriate, so you start getting better from the first visit rather than paying once to be assessed and again to be treated.
Can you invoice my insurer directly?
Yes. We are registered with most major UK health insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva and WPA. Bring your membership and authorisation numbers and we bill them directly. We cannot invoice Vitality directly, so Vitality patients pay us and claim the cost back. Any excess or shortfall on your policy remains your responsibility.
Are there discounts for regular home visits?
Weekend and bank holiday visits carry a £20 supplement, and block-booking and long-term care discounts are available for ongoing home visits. Ask about both when you enquire.
How many sessions will I need?
You will get an honest view at your first appointment, based on what the assessment finds. We plan in short blocks, review progress as we go, and discharge you as soon as you can manage on your own.
