Physiotherapy in London

Hands-on assessment and treatment for pain, injury and stiffness, with a plan you can actually follow between sessions.

  • Initial assessment £85
  • Hampstead & Highgate
  • No GP referral needed
  • Appointments in 24 to 48 hours

What to expect from physiotherapy with us

Physiotherapy starts with working out what is actually going on. Your first appointment is a proper assessment: your history, how you move, and what makes the problem better or worse. You leave with a working diagnosis, hands-on treatment where it helps, and a plan.

The plan is the part that gets you better. We keep exercise programmes short and specific enough to fit around your week, and we adjust them at each follow-up rather than handing you a printout and hoping.

“I had a full hip replacement following a cycle accident, and have daily physio visits on weekdays for three weeks. I am already able to walk short distances without a stick or crutch, and this is entirely due to the work they have done with me.”

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. Some insurers ask for a referral before they will cover treatment, so check your policy first.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. For lower-limb problems, shorts or loose trousers help; for shoulders and necks, a vest top is ideal.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. Your physiotherapist will give you a realistic estimate at your first appointment and review it as you go.
Can you see me at home instead?
Yes. Home visits are one of our largest services and cover the whole of London, with the same physiotherapist, or small team of clinicians, at every visit.
Will my insurance cover it?
We invoice most major UK health insurers directly, including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Cigna. Check your level of cover before your first appointment.
