About Jai

Jai is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Sports Medicine from UCL. He has worked in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation using Australian protocols, and is certified in cupping, IASTM, myofascial release, dry needling and Cyriax methods. He is known for his calm, reassuring manner.
