Juhika is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from India and a Master’s degree in Specialist Physiotherapy Practice from Sheffield Hallam University. She has experience working in both hospital and private clinic settings, where she has treated patients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological and post-operative conditions.
She takes a patient-centred and evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns, lifestyle and goals. She believes that every person’s recovery is different and aims to work collaboratively with her patients to develop treatment and rehabilitation plans that are realistic and meaningful to them. She uses a combination of exercise, hands-on treatment and education to help patients manage their symptoms, improve their movement and feel more confident throughout their recovery.
What Juhika enjoys most about physiotherapy is seeing the progress patients make throughout their rehabilitation. Whether it is helping someone walk more comfortably, regain their independence or return to an activity they enjoyed before their injury, she finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey. She believes physiotherapy is not just about treating an injury or managing pain, but about helping people get back to doing the things that matter to them.
Outside of the clinic, Juhika enjoys practising yoga, travelling and exploring new places. She loves experiencing different cultures and trying new cuisines, and is always curious to learn something new.
