About Lillie

Lillie is a Chartered Physiotherapist with first-class honours from London South Bank University and placements at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and the Royal Free. A trained contemporary dancer and qualified yoga teacher, she brings movement analysis and dance-informed rehabilitation to her manual therapy and exercise prescription.
