About Lydia

Lydia holds a Master’s in Advanced Physiotherapy from the University of Salford, with hospital, community and outpatient experience and a background in women’s health and cardio-respiratory rehabilitation. She is trained in the Mulligan concept and kinesiology taping, and is also a Pilates and aerobics instructor.
