About Namita

Namita is HCPC- and CSP-registered with more than six years’ experience and a Master’s from Manchester Metropolitan University, focusing on chronic pain management, elderly rehabilitation and physical activity in recovery. She is skilled in orthopaedic manual therapy, myofascial release, IASTM, cupping, taping and Pilates-based rehabilitation.
