Insurance Information
Our Practitioners are registered and recognised by major UK health insurance companies. If you have Private Medical Insurance, it is advised that you contact your insurance company to review the terms and conditions of your policy before a course of treatment.
Please notify us of insurance details before commencing treatment.
After you have confirmed physiotherapy treatment with your health insurance company, you may either settle the cost for treatment personally and claim back from your insurance company or in some cases, we can invoice your health insurance company directly.

Cancellation Policy
We need 24 hours' notice of cancellation so that we are able to offer your appointment to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance at appointments will be charged. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
