Treatments & Conditions
Home physio is perfect if you’re recovering from surgery, managing a neurological condition, living with chronic pain, or simply prefer the privacy of a home visit. We also support older adults, people at risk of falls, care‑home residents and busy professionals.
Conditions We Treat
If you’re not sure we cover your particular condition, just ask – chances are, we do. Our team has specialists with experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory therapy domains.
Process

1. Initial Phone Consultation
We start with a free phone consultation. When you inquire or book, our team will discuss your condition, goals, and location. This helps us match you with the ideal physiotherapist for your needs and plan the initial visit
No GP referral is needed to start. We’re happy to liaise with your GP or consultant if needed or to provide reports.
We cover all of Greater London. When you contact us, we’ll confirm we have a physiotherapist available in your area (our team covers areas across the city).

2. First Home Visit & Assessment
Your physiotherapist comes to your home fully prepared. In the first session, they will carry out a detailed assessment of your physical condition, discuss your medical history and what you hope to achieve. They may ask to see how you move around your home to identify challenges.
Treatment begins day one This could include hands-on therapy (e.g. gentle mobilizations or massage), guided exercises, and advice. If you have any equipment (like walkers, exercise bands) they’ll incorporate those; otherwise, they often bring portable equipment needed for the session. They’ll also give tips on modifying your home environment if necessary (for example, safe set-up of your space for exercises or fall prevention)

3. Follow-up and Ongoing Rehab
Subsequent visits build on your personalized plan. Your physio will schedule regular follow-ups (at frequency that suits your recovery plan – e.g. weekly or biweekly). In each visit, they’ll introduce progressions to your exercises, review improvements, and adjust the plan as needed.
