Love training in the morning!

I am working my triceps with cables and using high reps, low weights and focus on my form and breathing

Am just back to ZoneGym from having had surgery and a period of enforced rest. I cannot believe how quickly I lost muscle and now I am focused on regaining muscle.

Gaining muscle after a period of inactivity can feel like a slow and sometimes frustrating process. There are a few factors that are at play and understanding the science behind the process is just key.

With the right combination of exercise, nutrition, rest and recovery, you can optimise your muscle-building potential after surgery, injury or even a period of inactivity

Guidance from a physiotherapist can help you regain muscle and train safely as your body readapts to the stresses training places upon it. To find out more about how physiotherapy can help you, contact the team.
