About Eesha

Eesha is an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India. She has over three years of clinical experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal pain, shoulder and knee injuries, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain.

During her Master’s degree, Eesha developed a strong interest in chronic musculoskeletal pain, sports rehabilitation, soft-tissue therapy and the role of exercise and physical activity in recovery. She continues to build on this knowledge through ongoing learning and professional development.

Her treatment approach is hands-on, evidence-based and personalised. She combines manual therapy and soft-tissue techniques with progressive exercise rehabilitation and patient education, adapting each treatment plan to the individual and their goals.

Eesha believes that good physiotherapy starts with listening. She takes the time to understand her patients, build a genuine rapport and make them feel comfortable throughout their recovery. She enjoys helping people understand their condition and giving them the confidence to move better and return to the activities they enjoy.

Outside the clinic, Eesha enjoys cooking, discovering new coffee spots, travelling and catching up with friends and family. She loves trying new places and experiences, and brings the same curiosity, positivity and enthusiasm into her work with patients.
