Sophie (Kei Tung) is an HCPC-registered chartered physiotherapist holding a Master’s degree from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s from University College London. Having grown up between Hong Kong and the UK, she connects naturally with diverse communities and speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Sophie’s approach is rooted in helping people rediscover pain-free, confident movement so they can live independently and get back to doing what brings them joy. Her clinical background spans acute and chronic musculoskeletal, neurological and respiratory care across both NHS and private practice settings. She combines evidence-based exercise prescription with hands-on therapy, and is currently completing her clinical Pilates certification with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) to further enhance her rehabilitation toolkit.
Outside the clinic, Sophie regularly volunteers with Parkinson’s UK, advocating for accessible, community-based physical activity. You will otherwise find her out on hiking trails, training at the gym, enjoying live gigs, or planning her next trip abroad. Fun fact: if you ask her nicely, she might just recite 15 cat breeds in under 30 seconds.
