Radhika is an HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a renowned university in India and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University. She has clinical experience in both India and the UK, working across hospitals, clinics and private physiotherapy settings.
Radhika has a particular passion for neurological rehabilitation, alongside a strong interest and extensive experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. Her experience in India included working in hospitals, clinics and community settings with patients presenting a wide range of neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. In the UK, she has continued to develop her clinical expertise working with patients with varied and often complex needs.
She has undertaken training in kinesiology taping, neurodynamics and Pilates, as well as developing her knowledge and skills in a range of neurological rehabilitation approaches. She enjoys bringing together exercise therapy, functional rehabilitation and hands-on treatment where appropriate, tailoring each approach to the individual patient.
What particularly defines Radhika’s approach is her belief that a patient is more than their diagnosis. Rather than focusing solely on treating a condition or symptom, she takes the time to understand the person as a whole and the factors that may be contributing to their symptoms, aiming to identify and address the underlying causes rather than simply managing symptoms.
Radhika is known for her empathetic communication and ability to build strong relationships with her patients. She believes that feeling heard and understood is an important part of successful rehabilitation, takes the time to listen carefully, explains things in a way that is easy to understand and involves patients in decisions about their treatment.
Her approach is individualised, evidence-based and goal-focused. Above all, Radhika is passionate about helping people become more confident in their bodies, improve their independence and return to the activities and lifestyle that matter most to them.
